This notice applies to this website and the services described on it. The site is operated from the United States and is intended for business users.

Information collected automatically

The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services (Amazon S3 and Amazon CloudFront). When you load a page, your browser transmits technical information — including your IP address, the requested URL, a timestamp, the referring page, and your browser user-agent — which the hosting infrastructure may record in access logs. These logs are used to deliver pages, keep the site secure, and diagnose problems. They are not used to build a profile of you.

Information you provide

If you book a call, scheduling is handled by an external scheduling provider. The details you enter there — such as your name, work email address, and the time you choose — are processed by that provider to arrange the meeting, and used to prepare for and hold it. The provider’s own privacy terms apply on its booking page.

Fonts and images

Web fonts are self-hosted. No fonts, scripts, or typography assets are loaded from third-party content delivery networks. Where third-party company logos are shown, they may be served by Logo.dev; in that case your browser contacts Logo.dev to load the image, which discloses your IP address to that provider.

Analytics

This site can use Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used. When enabled it loads only with your prior consent, and IP addresses are anonymised. It is not active without consent, and you can withdraw consent at any time.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies for its core function. Analytics cookies are set only after you consent, as described above.

Sharing

Personal information is not sold, and is not shared for cross-context behavioural advertising. It is disclosed only to the service providers described above, who process it on our behalf, and where required by law.

Retention

Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and diagnostics. Information you submit when booking a call is retained for as long as needed to hold the meeting and to follow up on it.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information held about you, to request that it be corrected or deleted, to opt out of its sale or sharing (this site does neither), and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have these rights under those laws.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed to children under 16. No information is knowingly collected from them.
